Verefina makes high quality products and stands behind them. If you have a quality issue with a Verefina product, please contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) — or simply follow return/exchange instructions below, so that we can replace it with a new one.
If you decide you do not want a product, you can return it for store credit or exchange it for another product (if unopened and unused) within 15 days of receiving the product.
Defective products may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date. If your product(s) meet the requirements above, you may initiate a return or exchange by taking the following steps:
1) Sign into your Verefina account here
2) Once logged in, click on "ORDERS" tab.
3) Locate the order that contains the product(s) you would like to return or exchange.
4) Click on "return items" next to the correct order number.
5) Within the order, locate the product(s) you would like to return or exchange and choose the quantity to return.
6) Choose a reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, replacement, or store credit from the dropdown menus.
7) Include a comment if necessary and then click "submit return request".
Once you submit your request, you will receive an email stating that your request has been received. You will receive additional emails as your return status is updated. Your request will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your returned product.
