Return & Refund Policy
At Verefina, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural personal care products. Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. However, we do offer store credit for eligible returns.
Which Items Can Be Returned?
✔ Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit.
Which Items Are Non-Returnable?
❌ Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Personal care items such as deodorants, lotions, lip balms, cleansers, and creams (including magnesium deodorants and facial care).
❌ Sale items and gift cards.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, email us at help@verefina.com before sending it back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@verefina.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Store Credit & Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds.
- Once your return is approved, store credit will be applied to your Verefina account for future purchases.
- We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the unopened product for store credit and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
