Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription through our Subscribe & Save program. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

Subscribe & Save pricing is intended for products purchased on a recurring basis. You may skip, pause, change, or cancel future subscription orders at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails.

Changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled order is processed. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the order is considered final and is not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

If you contact us before a processed subscription order has shipped and we are able to stop fulfillment, we may, at our discretion, cancel the shipment and issue store credit for the amount paid.
