Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage within the U.S.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days from the shipment date.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options at checkout. If you need faster shipping, please contact us at help@verefina.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $45
  • Orders under $45 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at help@verefina.com, and we will assist you in working with USPS.

If your tracking number shows the package was delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Look for a delivery notice or check with your local post office.
  3. If the package still cannot be located, contact USPS for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error after placing an order, please email help@verefina.com immediately.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email help@verefina.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to modify your order, please email help@verefina.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make changes or cancel it.
