Ingredients: essential oils of eucalyptus globulus leaf, eucalyptus radiata leaf, mentha piperta (peppermint) leaf, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf, lavandula denata (lavender), cinnamomum camphora (ravintsara), and pimenta racemosa (bay) leaf

Directions: Add several drops to diffuser water and diffuse, or dilute properly with your favorite Verefina carrier oil and apply to temples, behind ears, back of neck, chest, and soles of the feet. Inhale aroma deeply. Test small area for signs of skin irritation before use. If pregnant or lactating, consult a practitioner before use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

LOVE IT!

I love the roll on Breathe Easy. So easy to use and really helps my breathing. I just wish it lasted a little longer, but you get enough in the small bottle to last you a long time. Going to put some more on now!

And I Don't Give 5 Stars!!!

For something to earn 5 stars from me, it must greatly exceed my expectation of what I think will be perfect performance. I have two kids with Custic Fibrosis, and "products" are not supposed to help them to stop coughing. When I roll this on the bottoms of my son's feet and just under his collar bones, he gets a good night's rest!! Diffusing helps, but applying...There are few things better than seeing a child be able to truly rest. Thank you, Jen!!!
